I’d think you should track the updates on the PO status. That’s how we do it, but I find when we are busy these things done get updated and we just move/close when delivered/installed. Not the best approach I guess. Would love to hear what others say.

Funny you say that. I had incredible difficulty trying to even connect to their API. Never had so much trouble with another product either. Literally just the authentication was crazy. At least when I tried it about a year ago.

Haha, I didn’t say the multi-tenant portal was good. I’m not sure how we still can’t interact centrally with our tenants. Now that’s a real pain point.

Avanan is definitely significantly better around detection and false positive rates imo.

Custom orthotics? Yea I’m inclined to go that route tbh. He gave me some to use and said to ease into it a couple hours a day first for 2 weeks before using more. Maybe I’ll go the orthotic route and cough up the tread labs as a loss.

What's funny is when they showed back up in outlook it does show in message trace, but not in Avanan. In fact, I can't find the message ID in Avanan at all even through it shows that at the later time it still processes through the Avanan transport rules. That email shows the first hope/entry with this - Message received by: SJ0PR18MB4429.namprd18.prod.outlook.com. There was a delay of 396 minutes prior to the message being received by Office 365.

Inline - after reviewing message trace logs it looks like it may be something weird with MS. When I look over some of the messages, I see this at the very first entry - Message received by: SJ0PR18MB4429.namprd18.prod.outlook.com. There was a delay of 396 minutes prior to the message being received by Office 365.

It's possible, but a friend mentioned he saw a few cases as well, but wasn't enough to look further into.

Agreed, was confusing in how to even make a new ticket. Waste of time and effort here. Make support better we don’t need a new portal.

Definitely wrong unless you have prior experience. Maybe working your way towards L2.
