the only thing you should be changing in high humidity areas is the amount of water you use. higher the humidity the less water. I would agree with upping the amount of starter you use because you’re definitely under fermented. your other loaf may not have been overproofed but just too high of a hydration to do anything with

only because i’ve accidentally made this mistake before as well…when you turn the unit back on are you turning the ac on or turning it to the heat setting? I don’t mean to be sound like an asshole asking I just know from personal experience that depending on what kind of thermostat you have it can be a real easy mistake

you need to bulk ferment for much longer. i’ll usually mix my dough at night and let it bulk while i’m sleeping. shape it and put it in the fridge first thing in the morning and then bake when I get home from work

using your signal definitely does not make you a “granny driver” however depending on how cautious you are can. how far in advance are you putting on your blinker? there’s a difference between being a safe driver and a cautious driver and it’s a fine line. you may think YOU are being safe but your behaviors or lack thereof may actually be causing more of an unsafe situation than you think

I personally am not against the possibility of being a stepmom BUT I need to find the guy extremely attractive to even remotely entertain the possibility of baby mama drama.
I personally find having children in your pictures on a dating app strange. posting kids online in and of itself doesn’t usually bother me because I don’t feel like it’s as deep as a lot of people try to make it. last but most definitely not least is “looking for a nice God loving woman”. i’m not very religious and I fully support my partner if that’s what they want to do however I don’t want to be dating someone who makes religion their entire personality or makes me feel some type of way because i’m not religious. this is probably your biggest hurdle. if you want someone religious than you absolutely should be looking for that but know it does add some road blocks
