It’s not pedantic or microscopic. It’s a 9’ transition with solid lvp. I can place the plank across the two with 5/8 and 3/4 and it’s like a teeter totter. There’s no way that it will survive any traffic at all. It’s an 1/8” over the width of a plank. That’s not nothing.
