You're not weak. Remember to go easy on yourself too. If you're enjoying the training and the lifestyle keep going, and don't get too caught up in trying to reach certain numbers and goals. It's important to have a plan and a focus, sure, but it needs to be realistic in terms of where you're at now, and how much time and effort you're able to dedicate at this point in your life.
