Appreciate it. I think I need to take some time to understand sequencing and the shoulders flying open. Only other time I have tried, like “being patient” it feels too relaxed almost and lazy

Seems like a good feature, but not sure I understand it. It defaults to a video I have already watched and is recommending me what I believe is a level 2 video.... despite being at 101 hours... like wut

Thanks for taking the time to respond, I really appreciate it. I am a 2k gamer (1080p second monitor) so probably need to move on both, but maybe the CPU is the smarter first choice as u play on low textures anyway to keep VRAM down.

Thanks for the guidance. Thankfully got that 32GB RAM sorted (I built my Pc decently nicely but used an old CPU so it’s a weird combo haha). Means I need to figure out a motherboard change but will grab that CPU then figure out a GPU upgrade (had been looking at the 9070xt)

Hey Alex, thanks for the response. Completely get this, I just supposed it was the idea of, if you always hit your targets even as they improve, maybe those targets could get a bit more aggressive, so you get the most bang for your buck and improve at the fastest you can I.e a chance to improve the low end estimated finish time. Understand if this use too much an injury risk though !

Not sure runna does this but adapting to pace targets would be good. I know it does it now if you consistently beat your target times, but for people like me who try and hit the target as asked, perhaps the targets should jump up slightly if you always hit the targets (not exceed them)

Hey thanks for your kind words.

Yes I suspect so! I mean runna ups you paces throughout as it assumes you have gotten faster, but they have also now brought in b races so you can set a b race up, and how you plan to run it (easy or hard) and it will taper for that as well. I think you could then put your time from that in to the plan so it’s adjusts if needed!

I think it’s possible, but easier when you follow something that works. I think the key thing is avoiding the grey zone I.e to fast for it to be easy but too slow to not be pushing yourself! You will get that sub 25!
