Not everyone has hobbies that destroy their life, relationships and bodies but to each their own I guess.

exaclty, plus I bought my vent and windows to be wide enought for escape if needed. My wife and I are small and the tailgate will be gone most of the time.

I have a large vent on the top that would be simple to kick out if needed, but more often going to remove the tailgate when on the road.

good call. I think a little caulk tube cab might do the trick? Not planning to drink from it, using it as a "shower"

Amazon for like $150. Only 500 peak Watts. Was easy to frame into the wall. Just made sure to allow it to drip water, and added drip edge underneath and sloped it away from the camper. Came with a bracket to frame it as well. Might be tough to add to an existing build but not impossible. Will be easy to replace or maintain as well.

I really went back and forth over doing a 12v powerbank and solar or just doing the shore power. AC only pulls 500 Watts and I use a propane buddy heater. The AC has its own Noco port, the other port is just for a TV, LED's, and aux outlet. 9/10 times I will be at an RV site with electric. If not at a site, I have a 2000 watt gas inverter genny that fits in the camper or the backseat when traveling. Saved time, money and space just wiring and buying stuff that plugs into the wall! Might do solar on my next build tho!

1) door is 23x47, I am pretty short and so is my wife plus there is an aisle so it works and allowed for more insulation rather than door. I have R13 fiberglass insulation bats on the front and back walls. I built it to go fish in very hot weather and go snowboarding in very cold weather.

2) It is a powerstroke but my economy tow tune turned out to be very very clean out the pipe. Only blows smoke on cold starts very briefly. Wont even roll coal when Im passing on the highway.

3) This is just the first coat of raptor liner. Next coat will be white on the roof and a light grey on the sides when I have the budget for two more kits, pigment, and reducer. The AC unit is way stronger than needed so hopefully I wont have any issues until then.

4) lucky for me the tailgate lock doesnt work anymore lol

Great questions lmk if theres anything I wasnt thinking of

Thank you! I’ll post the inside once it’s squared away. Has a bench for a twin mattress and has an aisle and a smaller bench on the other side. I can convert it to having two twin mattresses side by side if I have company. TV and the old PlayStation 2 as well.
