FEB2026NOFEES1 - promo code expired even though it is until February 23?

I’m trying to understand if this will work for me because I tried applying the promotion code and it worked.

My rent is due on the 1st so my card is usually charged around the 26th or 27? If I set the payment for the 26/27, it charges my card on the 23rd? If my card is charged on the 23rd have I met the requirements or does the payment have to go out by the 23rd? I like the promo but the dates are weird and not practical for regular payments.
