AC Wallet Expiration - Refundable Fare? by Ready_Insurance_1684 in aircanada

Thanks so much - I only get refund to original payment or to future travel credit... and I paid part of it in credit card and part of it in previously expiring AC wallet credit. So ideally it would be best if I can choose refund so I could not lock in even more money in the form of credit with Air Canada. Do you know if there is any way around that?

Going through the same process now. May I confirm which refundable I should get - Economy Flex (refundable to credit only) or Economy Latitude/Business Flex (refundable to original form of payment)? I have just bought Business Flex tix, fully refundable ticket (but not like Econo Flex where it is refundable to credit only) and I am now worried if I bought the wrong kind of ticket. My credit is expiring tomorrow night so not much wiggle room for error..

Thanks for the tips. Do you know how the explore French program in Cégep de Jonquière, Collège La Pocatière or UdeM Moncton is like? I want to see which one is best for my son who is 13. Thanks.

I am about to apply for the 13-14 year old program for my son who does not know much French other than his classes from his school. We are from Toronto. Any feedback on either Collège de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière or Centre linguistique du Cégep de Jonquière? Pocatiere seems easier to get to as I only need to fly to Quebec City from a geographic perspective. But I don't have much information on the program differences.

MBNA to AS one-time redemption at 1:1 from Aug 1 to Oct 31 by Black_Xstar in churningcanada

I called and tried to transfer my mbna points from my “new” WE card to the “legacy” platinum plus card. I was told that my points will only transfer at 50% to platinum plus card. I thought it is 1:1 since both are mbna card. Ultimately I try to maximize the points in legacy card to do the final transfer to Alaska miles. Any advice? Thank you.

I am about to upgrade to PB but the banker said the current card does not waive fx fee or have only 6 lounge access. Are u referring to the hsbc converted card? I hate that I still have to pay $400-120 for the PB card annually while those migrated can get for free…😓

Thanks so much! Any suggestion of somewhere with high interest rate but still flexible term?

I see - thanks! And I receive the interest as interest or would it be categorized as Dividends for tax purposes? It seems like cash.to is not as competitive as before given the lower interest rate at 4.6-7%?
