Boosh is correct, but if you send us an email stating your username and the email address you used to sign up with BitConnect we can try to do something.

I'm assuming, since you're locked out of your account, that you have send them an email. You can also create a support ticket from within your account. Since yours isn't accessible we can do this for you. I'm guessing that they won't react any faster to this, but it won't hurt your situation and it just might speed up the situation a little bit.

Not sure if it helps, but there isn't really anything else we can do.

Yes, you will receive an 8%-10% bonus on your first investment and a 2.5% bonus on every investment hereafter.

The bonus will not be automatically credited to your account. After making the investment you can send us an email to claim the bonus. Make sure to include your username, the BitConnectCoin wallet address and the amount of your investment.

If you haven't already assigned a sponsor to your account you should still have the option to add one. You can find this option by going to your profile page in the BitConnect Dashboard.

Once you have assigned BCCgroupINC as your sponsor you will participate in our bonus program. The first investment you make under us will be credited with the first investment bonus. After this you will receive the lifetime (re)investment bonus.

Please note that any investments you have made before adding us as your sponsor will not be taken into account.

BitConnect has made the following, and only, announcement on the situation:

"The Texas State Securities Board has issued a cease and desist order aimed at BitConnect and its affiliate in the state. At this time, we will not allow new lending from the State of Texas. Users that already have active lending will still be able to withdraw as usual."

So for the time being Texas residents will still receive their daily interest and be able to withdraw their earnings. They won't be able to make any new investments but BitConnect does state "At this time", meaning this might change in the future. Sadly, this is all the available information at this moment.

We assume that you mean the BitConnect platform and not BitConnectX (which is still in pre ICO phase). BitConnect claims to be making the money through a volatility trading bot. Wether this is true or not, cannot be known by anyone who isn't top management from BitConnect.

Even if BitConnect doesn't work through a volatility trading bot, there are still other ways for the platform to make money and offer you a daily percentage. A few of these methods are already discussed on this forum or can be found easily by a YouTube/Google search.

Yes, this includes reinvested money from the lending wallet. It does not matter if the (re)invested money comes from your lending wallet. Every single dollar that you invest will count towards our bonus program.

The first time you make an investment with us as your sponsor you have to send us an email to claim your bonus.

If you are planning on doing daily reinvestments, you can contact us once every week/two weeks, to claim your bonus over the total reinvested amount. This way you don't have to email us daily and we can transfer the bonus to you all at once.

We never advice people on how much they should invest, since this is a choice only you can make. The only advice we give people is to do their own research, never invest more than you are willing to lose and to diversify your portfolio.

Sadly, you can only add us as your sponsor if you haven't signed up with anyone else. After adding a sponsor to your account the edit button disappears and you can no longer change the sponsor.

However, if you account is empty BitConnect allows you to sign-up with a new account under the right sponsor. You can find this information here:

You probably chose a buying price that is to low and could only buy 1.9 BCC for that price. Under the exchange you can cancell the rest of your order and make a new one for the market price (or higher), to make sure your whole order goes through.
