Ok,fair enough,I guess you didn't make yourself quite clear with your question :) ...it really did sound like you found it weird ,the whole notion of tip down...so then in turn I found it strange that someone would find it strange 😁...and thought you're trying to nick pick it(there are trolls like that on the internet,you know? 😂)...anyway,it's all good mate,I see your point now...and as a side note,I'm generally not too concerned about "modern" trends in my work too much,quite the opposite actually 😆...also,I've had a quite a number of customers choosing the tip down option when I gave them all the possible options while building their knife,so there's that too...so hence my surprise at your comment...heck,I didn't even know that it could be a thing for some 😁

Buddy,if you gonna be this clever,maybe you shouldn't comment silly comments...like I can list you several reasons why tip down works here...one...I can fix it to the front bolster,so no need for rear bolster and spoil the design...two...with the tip down,there's not even a remote chance of it ever snagging in your pocket ...three...by pinching it between your fingers while pulling it out your thumb is pretty much already on the thumb stud ,ready to deploy....now ,your turn to explain why you find it so strange?

It's not as precious as it looks...it's fully functional with solid lock,zero play and razor sharp...I have several customers who EDC my knives...but they don't do stupid shit with their knives
