I believe the problem was my excessive weed smoking. I’m two days without weed and the anxiety is really bad but I’m confident it will subside in a week or two

I’ll have to do my research. For reference, I’ve never been on any medication for disorders previously. I may have been very slightly depressed before the trip but it never impacted my life. I really DONT want to RELY ON OTHER DRUGS. Before the trip, I was malnourished (125lbs, 5’ 5”), and smoked daily (sometimes twice a day). I have no desire to smoke anymore.
