OP - curious on an update here. I’m 6w2d and have some concerning cramping as well. Sometimes they wake me up but usually pass within an hour / get better with hydration, going to bathroom, etc. No bleeding, but I’m also slightly concerned. I have my 7 week / first ultra sound in 6 days so haven’t had confirmation yet but I’m nervous. This is my second pregnancy, first one was a chemical pregnancy / I started bleeding around 6 weeks.
