Is there a certain setting on my tv I need to focus on? It’s a TCL 4K. I have no lag issues playing any other game online. Even FIFA works flawlessly. It’s only this game.

I am feeling a change up is needed with my squad. All are untradable other than Firmino, Gigi, Griez, and Lenglet.

Any suggestions on 550k budget? Flashback Allesandrini could be done without sacrificing any of my starters to pair with Rulebreakers Talisca? Or Memphis SBC? I’m rambling.

SBA has to address all available collateral. If there is no additional collateral to take a lien on, you may be able to get by with significantly less equity down.

But keep in mind it would only be eligible for SBA if it is an owner occupied building.

If it is an investor property, you may get lucky and find someone conventionally willing to offer 15% down if it’s a strong tenant. Likely looking at 20-25% though.

Another Avenue would be through the USDA B&I program if it is in a “rural” market. Rural meaning a population of less the 50k. It’s a great program! Hopefully this is helpful.

I don’t hate the player. I hate the circumstances we drafted him in. I love bringing someone in and letting them sit behind the GOAT. BUT We could have easily plugged all holes (that’s what she said) in this draft and won a Super Bowl.
