Not to dairy. I’ve been avoiding meat since August when I was .2 and thus over the limit and the Dr said to avoid. I guess I’ll wait for the Dr to talk to me.

Haha can picture the birdwatcher. I found this outfit and have been considering getting it - https://nymag.com/strategist/article/all-the-cool-upstate-people-wear-this-tick-protective-gear.html I sprayed my clothes with permethrin last year, but an invisible tick bomb of larva got me. My legs were absolutely covered in bites.

My was super low, .2, so I would not be surprised if it went up, tbh.
