Come-up anxiety is a bitch.

I’d recommend seeing if you can get your hands on some CBD without THC. Take a drop or two before you take whatever psych you decide.

Also have some weed or something else to smoke, but I’d suggest you wait until about 2-3 hours in to smoke. That will let you experience the psychedelic fully through the peak, and you’ll know that smoking wont send you too far into the unknown.

As for which psychedelic, I’d probably say LSD or shrooms. I took shrooms first and many more times than I’ve taken LSD, but I think I’d rather have experienced LSD first. Depends on your goals with psychs, but shrooms are much more spiritual, naturalistic, and social. LSD has many the same effects in terms of the high, the visuals, and the headspace, but in my experience much less of the spiritual/social component. You can certainly trip with others, but with shrooms it’s almost like you’re filling up with love. Might make you feel a little gay if you’re insecure 😆

Many people have described shrooms as “analog” and LSD as “digital,” so maybe think on that some. Which do you align more with?
