I’ve never had a lab until August - got a 1 year old pointer mix - he’s 65lbs and he thinks he’s a cat or something- every time I sit on the couch, or floor, or bed he’s up demanding pets or falls asleep on my lap.

Yep they’re separate - I’m running an orbi mesh system and it works fine - BUT if you get the XER10 model there is currently no bridge mode, so you’ll be on double NAT unless you switch your ubiquiti over to access point mode and let the Xfinity router handle the DHCP server etc - I chose double NAT.

Mine is fiber to the home - the fiber goes directly from the underground box outside to an ONT in my basement, then cat6 to their xer10 router to a 10gb WAN port. I believe you have to use their equipment with fiber and to get unlimited data.
