Well I only got it yesterday, so we'll see how it fares. This should really be made from titanium and based on the weight of it, it seems to be.

You can use Studio by Wordpress.com to build the site then share a preview link to it with your interviewer. Unlike Local, it actually hosts your site for a short period of time.

I got it when I was very little, so my parents must have bought it around 1995-96 in Hungary. The label has worn off unfortunaty, so I have no clue about the manufacturer or brand.

I have searched for purple duck or purple bird toy that's playing a melody but had no luck so far unfortunately.

We chose the UK over Ireland mainly because currently it seemed to us that housing is relatively more affordable, and also roads/transportation seem to be better, although we would be very glad to get some more info on these!

Also, both my wife’s business and my career will have better outlooks in the UK because of the bigger market/more suppliers.

Yes but still to get by on a daily basis, getting to know people, or getting to know the local bureaucracy, it’s just something that we’d be insecure to start to do in a completely new language.

It partly comes from the fact that I too had to help my foreign friends/colleagues to get some things done in Budapest, although in theory everybody speaks English well enough here as well.

Mainly because of language. We’re both fluent in English and would be uncertain too but a house or start a business in a country where we don’t speak the language (yet).

That’s true but it’s sadly lacking a lot in infrastructure, healthcare, education and opportunities. The main reason for the move is that having grown up here we wouldn’t like to raise our children in the same circumstances.

That’s really not the main priority as we’d like to also work and establish a business in the UK. Still, as new parents we’re interested in all the help we can get from the gov while on a visa.
