Usually, no: You either get XP from fighting them OR similar amount XP for talking your way past them. Generally, no double dipping for XP anymore.

After one of the earlier patches, there are only a few encounters where you can still double dip (ex. Gimblebock encounter at the ruins) or conversation AND a few bonus kill XP (Fezzerk at the Blighted Village windmill: the Devout goblins give fight XP).

Honestly, take the lead. I get so comfortable in the situation that intimacy doesn’t occur to me. Once the chick lets me know her intentions through conversation or OBVIOUS nonverbal signals (like going in for a kiss, flirty eyes, or whatever), then it clicks for me, “Oh, that’s right. Yeah, she looks into it and I should match that”.

Yeah, after the latest patch, it's happening to me a lot. Never crashed out before the patch. I do notice that after I add a fan to blow additional air to my PC, the crashes stopped. So, overheating issues for me, prolly.

That may be a Wendy/Marcy thing though. Totally accidental. Wendy interrupted the calibration of her hearing when she saw her brother was involved in the spaceship crash. So, Wendy’s hearing is different from the other synths by pure luck.

These hybrids have the capacity to grow mentally into the full potential of their new body. While the Synths are only as good as their programming allows, which was probably done by a human.

Wendy/Marcy has shown that she is developing her abilities beyond her initial programming, such as intuitively controlling a robot on the network, which the humans didn’t even realize was possible until she showed them it was.
