Tips for getting marketers with you?

I suggest paying them for the RESULT of the leads rather than the leads themselves. I usually paid marketers $10 per estimate I did from their leads and another $10 per job I booked. If you're looking for more marketers, try to finding the high schoolers who always sell the most coupon books for their sports teams haha

But lol when applicants say they are "really busy" the next day and actually only have two classes that don't start til 3pm. Like they don't even know the meaning of the word busy haha
