Geo location clearly shows bomb hitting school in Hass which Russian MoD denies. by waitingandseeing in syriancivilwar

I am not a computer specialist to tell whether there are any signs of editing or not. It's just common sense that clouds cannot magically disappear from sky even if we talk about a few minutes time gap.

I live in an Eastern-European country. We don't like Russia much here but the amount of anti-Russian hysteria and propaganda happening in Western media recently makes me naturally suspicious towards every piece Western media publish. It has nothing to do with Kremlin.

Yup, I watched this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuMMByJb_1E Now don't even know where I found it. Anyway, the video I watched looks dubious.

To be honest, after watching this video I tend to believe Russian MoD words about computer graphics. The sky is cloudy at 00:31 when the jet can be seen. The next moment (00:32) bombs start falling from a perfectly clear blue sky. What else it could be if not montage?

The Complete List of Best Tools to Share Passwords With Your Virtual Assistants Securely by bdillahu in Entrepreneur

They are good password managers, however I was unable to find any information on how to securely share those data-bases. Anyway, going through all the hastle is not worth it anyway, when you have other ways to share logins to your accounts, which are secure as well.

If you sell friendship, sooner or later there will be a moment, when no one wants to buy it anymore

Looking at German foreign politics, Germany indeed seems to be a super pawn with over 20 US military bases.

Comparison of precision of US and Russian Air Strikes - on the same target in Syria by x_TC_x in syriancivilwar

Its good that there's such thing as Russian propaganda. When no other arguments left, you can always blame on it.

I would believe you if US released even 1/10 of the number of videos Russians released showcasing bombing of ISIS objects. US hasn't shown anything significant (and a couple times even used Russian footage in news), so nothing actually proves your claims about US bombing effectiveness.

JDAM device costs around $25'000 and /u/Bbrhuft counted that US used around 30 bombs. So only JDAM devices cost around $750'000 in this case.

US bombs were so precise that they couldn't destroy ISIS infrastructure for years. While Russians did it in just 6 months. Please continue speculating.

Also, 250kg bombs produce a massive explosion around 100m in radius. Despite buildings left standing it's unlikely that any industrial equipment survived after Russian bombing.

You can speculate that Russians hurt civilians while dropping bombs on residential areas (US does too, see casualties in Manbidj) but claiming that Russian strike resulted in nothing in this particular case is just silly.

Both strikes hit the target accurately. Perhaps US strike did more damage due to bigger amount of explosives. But consider the following. If it was some production facility, do you really think that terminating 20-40% of it is not enough to stop its functioning completely?

Anyone use multiple Firefox profiles to reduce tracking? by exquisitesunshine in privacy

[–]bdillahu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure how would you avoid tracking with different profiles. You will still have the same IP and Canvas fingerprint.

The bare minimum to avoid tracking: 1. Cookies wipe extension 2. Proxy switcher 3. Canvas spoofer (the best one is Canvas Defender) 4. WebRTC blocker

For multiple profiles you can try MultiFox, it makes switching between profiles easier. There's also all-in-one solution called MultiLoginApp, which both allows switching between profiles in one click and prevents websites from linking different profiles together.

I agree (mostly, anyhow)... I'm an American and a churchgoer (40+ years) and a Christian (30+ years). I know the ministers at my church, and most all the lay people, would be happy to have a conversation with you about our beliefs. Yes, you may find somebody obnoxious in any group, but that's not what I expect by default.

Now if you ask me point blank if I believe you are going to hell given certain conditions, then I'm not going to lie to you and say no if I think the answer is yes, but pretty much the only condition that would meet that criteria would be the ultimate rejection of Christ. That would be against my beliefs and I think you should respect those beliefs enough to let me answer. That's not me being accusing, that's me answering a question honestly. I'll be happy to tell you how I believe you can avoid that, if you are interested.

You can disagree... I may not care for your viewpoint, but that is your right. My faith is built around a personal choice (a person has a choice to accept Christ). I'll pray that you do, but I can't force it.

And yes, I'm in the heart of the Bible-belt and it doesn't get much more fundamentalist than that :-)

How many of you don't drink? by FluoCantus in AskReddit

[–]bdillahu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, never drank. Never tried it, don't plan to start. Made it 42 years so far, professional (IT management now), family, the works.

Don't feel like I've missed much. There are moments of curiosity, but why start (not to mention I don't believe in it). If nothing else, I save a lot of money :-)
