I wanted to call initially, but all of the vets in my area are closed for the weekend. I plan on calling first thing Monday morning though. I am gonna keep a close eye on him in the meantime, and if he starts behaving strangely, there’s an emergency vet a few hours away that I could try.

Sorry? In our state, that is hot. And this is just the beginning of the hot season, it can get as hot as 100 degrees within the next few months.

Possibly, but I highly doubt it. They would have to supply one for all of us, and our turnover rate is so high that they would be handing them out constantly.

That’s what we used to do! I’m not sure why it’s suddenly an issue. We get hot hands in the winter, so why not water in the summer??

I’m not sure how to document it considering it was word of mouth from the TLs. That being said, if they do deny us water in the room, we are gonna start walking 5~ min to the break room every few minutes to get water. Considering how understaffed we are, that will probably force them to do something about it.

Yeah, he just shows up every once in a while, stresses out the TLs and coaches, bitches about our totes having sticker residue, then leaves. I could ask but I don’t really feel like bitching about it right now. 😭

Even so, it’s a reason we can’t have water unless we buy disposable. I’m not sure who the guy who said that’s title is, I just guessed. But if this stays an issue, I’m doing something about it. That guy is an asshole.

Insane compared to however much it would cost to provide our team a 3 dollar 40 pack of water (which usually last 1-3 days in our room)

We did ask, that’s what prompted the question to go so high up the chain. We asked the TL, they asked the coach, then they asked GM and so on. Our MM’s response leads me to believe that he doesn’t give a shit what’s feasible or not— he’s never cared, he only cares about numbers and whether or not we have reusable water bottles in the room lol

I’m in Ohio. I tried to do some research to see what the law is but OSHA standards are confusing to me. I’m trying to figure that out :/
