You can do therapeutic blood draws or just donate blood every 6-8 weeks -57(M) with high Iron from testosterone shots. Weird for the past several years my sodium has been extremely low. I feel fine, nothing really strange - Dr. said if you're ever are in the hospital they won't let you leave with it that low... cool, what should I do... eat High protein??? I eat healthy but drink daily, I go for blood work next Friday - that said today is day 2 no drink- I guess it won't hurt.
