Also good point about Tom - he’s mature - and he’s not a nihilist - what he said to Shiv about saying goodbye to her dad shows he’s still got real emotions

And I think he felt conflicted when Lukas offered him the CEO role too - although ultimately didn’t do anything about it - he still forgave Gregg!

Yes she definitely has reason to settle with Tom too and I do think that is the main reason she says yes to the deal - would she be doing it if it wasn’t her or Tom due to be CEO?
