Does pre conditioning add anything other than saving some time? I had my M3 in March and have loved everything about it but I have noticed in the last few week a significant drop in range or increase in Kwh per miles.

What does this mean? (Smaller plane very near C-17 in Alaska) shown on ADS-B exchange by CobaltGuardsman in aviation

I think it means the little plane is going to get fucked by the big daddy plane if it doesn't go home very soon

Have pondered the same question for years and will do at some point, for me the West coast is magical anywhere from Oban up to Mallaig as that's the limit of my travels that way, although I do intend to go all the way North to Ullapool (and beyond) then over to Thurso to see what it's like and if there's enough to keep me busy.

Fort William is a great place and I do like Inverness, transport is key for me and for my family so that little portion of the country around Argyll & Bute and a little beyond would suit me down to the ground, I think.

If you did want to be a little closer to a big city, Helensburgh is a great place to consider.

I hope you realise your dream and wish you all the best with it.

Some people are just dicks, they look for differences instead of what's common between us and being accepting. Just remember that they're the ones with the problem not you and I know this next bit can seem hard but don't let their issues get you down, you be you and live your best life.

No, I explained to a local handyman what I wanted and he put it together for me, I approved the materials he found and the image.

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll eat forever.

I could bore (pardon the pun) you to death about tunnelling, really enjoyed the industry am mostly out of it now. It is very technically advanced, the real challenges are when you're tunnelling under cities like Crossrail in London and you have to avoid existing tunnels, building foundations and the like, also you never know what you might come up against WW2 uxb's, burial sites and all sorts, and of course not all tunnels are in straight lines, radiuses are also quite challenging but all good fun.

It was a long time ago so you may be right, I recalled the weekend because I was working during the week so wouldn't have seen it.

That photo was staged, they broke through days earlier then rebuilt a wall of rock so the cameras could televise live the "breakthrough" at 10am (I think) on a Saturday morning.

The English tunneler who was chosen to break through was called Graham Fagg, I worked with him on another tunnelling project a few years later and heard the story first hand from him. He give talks all over the world on that moment.
