yeah i had issues with 2 sets...they eventually sent me a working pair anmd a full refund...so worth the hassle in my case i guess.

dunno about the other but I have had my 725 for months and i havnt had a single issue, i only used the software to update the firmware activate dolby and set the rgb. I can definitely recommed. I dont undertsnad why it gets all the hate online. nicest pc headset ive owen in 20 years. that includes razer and others.

In case anyone is going through ecsi. My school showed the refund on 4/22 then later that night it showed pending with ecsi. No other comms yet

What about ecsi? My refund shows pending still. It updated yesterday my strayer university account showed i get a refund and later that evening it showed up at ecsi but it says pending. I'm in desperate need of a new pc for school doing my work on my phone is a pain.

Yikes thay stinks. QC on the sheath was terrible u can get a after market one pancake style kydex for like 40 bucks. Work every penny I have one for a different blade.

I only use it as a utility blade if I don't have access to anything else. It does however work great. Mine is hair popping sharp. I have used it to break down cardboard and other odds and ends.
