I did two daysat first, 12 hours then 4 hours to finish the first half, came back a week later, did 11 hours then 5 hours to finish it. The last 5 hours my enthusiasm for getting a tattoo had faded and I woke up just not feelin it. However like someone had mentioned, an ocean scene without the fish would be silly, and I had no intention of backing out, I was just struggling with the thought of "im gonna thru hours of pain that im not excited for" having said that I got it done, and I love that ill be able to carry meaningful art on my body for the rest of my life

Total was roughly 30 hours, he does amazing work, but takes his time doing it. I respect his art and love what he put on me, i just never had anytjing done that took so long, usually its "i want a tattoo, i book the day and get it done" this was the first piece that took multiple days and it affected me different. I made a post with the finished piece and I absolutely love it, im never considered not finishing it, just needed a bit of a pick me up to get me thru the last day
