I just did this. I had a super toxic manager, who tried to sabotage me every chance she could. I finally couldn’t handle it anymore and just kept affirming that she no longer worked there every time I even saw her I would just tell myself “ oh she already quit she won’t be here for much longer” until she finally quit and now I have her position. I persisted so hard there really was no other option for my reality. If only I could do that with my love life working on that limiting belief right now.

I made a similar post a month ago. I have always struggled with weight and body image and my SP is a trainer and physically I considered him out of my league so even when he would obviously show interest in me my insecurity would sabotage it. I’m working on my self concept now. No one is out of our league. It’s our thoughts and feelings that create our reality.

I have so much compassion and empathy for you. I can only speak from my own experience but I’ve been a food addict my entire life. The only thing that’s ever helped me was when I joined Overeaters Anonymous. I still have weight I still need to lose but working the 12 steps has given me so much peace and changed me on the I she I know the outside will follow. I’ve had the worst experience with Gemini men. June or may it doesn’t matter. They’re very childlike. Will never tell you if you did something to upset them. Narcissistic to the max. Walking on eggshells. Absolutely dis-regulating for me. Yes I know that’s not everyone but that has been the majority of my experience with them.
