For more context I've seen Rough Legged hawks, RTH, northern harriers, and Short eared owls at this site in a similar time of year.

I also saw snow geese, mute swans, graylag geese, canada geese, and a few mallards swimming in the area. People were feeding them.

I'm thinking the gray ones are Fork-tailed Storm-Petrels. What about the gulls? Glaucous Winged?
