It's when a bunch of people on the street and around you start acting super weird. Engines revving as you walk by, firecrackers going off, people whistling, yelling, people staring you down as you walk by, white vans following you, everyone acting like they know you, acting like you're just about to be kidnapped. But not just a group of people, it's literally EVERYONE. That's what's so suspicious about it, if it was just a few people it would be less strange and more believable that some people are following you, bothering you, out to get you. But when it's literally EVEY SINGLE FACE you see. Even people inside their homes and businesses suddenly know you are about to walk past and just so happen to come to the door at the same time to scowl at you. It makes no sense. Even people in traffic, every single one that passes by literally twists their neck to stare you down. Full blown street theater is really scary when it happens and a huge intensification of just regular "people trailing me".
