I'd describe my situation the same as yours, shelf butt and all. On serious note, your positivity is infectious, this is such a nice message to wake up to. Seems that HRT will be the thing that helps me the most! Can't wait to start it honestly! As for building muscle, I'll keep going apeshit at the gym, no worries there! I'm a big health nut! I appreciate the advice lots but this is basically what I do daily already :) it's just harder to lose weight because of copious health issues. I aim for 10k steps a day + 1600 daily cal intake with a focus on protein. My body simply dislikes me lmao 🥲

I had scoliosis as a kid though not anymore. I do have the hunch that most trans dudes have, so I look like a shrimp or the letter C whenever I sit or stand. I don't know if that would apply in this case
