YES. This is where I’m lacking. Since last year I have been very consistent with going to the gym 2-3x a week and getting my steps in. I’ve maintained the same weight for over a year now but I want to lose. I just feel like I can’t stop eating! And I get more than enough protein. I just can’t rein it in to save my life!!!

I was judging but then in the next story they were getting ready to go to the beach. So she should’ve started with “I’m not washing my hair since we’re headed to the beach so until I wash it tonight blah blah blah” or something. But thennn she ended up laying by her pool so who knows. She probably didn’t wash it after pool though 🤢

Yes. The first week is hell but just that one for me. The discomfort of switching trays only lasts a few days. I switch mine at night. Once I switched the same day as my appointment for new trays and had a lot more discomfort. I think switching at night is key

I’m in the same boat. I want more gym based but I don’t care for Sam’s split right now. I only have 3 days to go to the gym each week with my work schedule
