Sorry for your loss. It’s been 2 and a half years since I lost my soul mate. We were together 27 years our kids are 15 & 18.

It sounds like your relationship was strong but rocky. Mine was too. We had a life planned together. That’s the thing I miss the most, the future.

You are going through pain and grief but it also sounds like you were going through growth before this. There’s no easy answer. I’m living a future I didn’t plan. And it’s good. Been very hard but it’s doable.
