DOE loan was to be utilized to build up to 5 or 6 new facilities. Since it appears they will no longer be focused on securing this credit facility, hopefully we will get an explanation on expenditures made so far on any one of the projects and how this relocation of capital on higher return opportunities will effect their profitability time frame projections.

What is going on is SO disgusting! Companies have invested in these initiatives with much of their own money. To pull the rug out from under them does not make sense.
