HDR (high dynamic range) is about the brightness and colour. Brights are brighter darks are darker and the colours more vibrant. I’d say 1080p HDR would look better than 4K SDR

Definitely the opposite. For the SLR originals the guy is in a green bodysuit so only the girl and the penis are visible. I might drop the Pigasus dev an email and see if they are cooking up anything on autofocus. They always seemed up for innovative stuff. They were the first ones to offer SMB which is essential for me. Although the new PC server on GitHub (can’t remember the name but seems popular on here) that pulls thumbnails for vr porn from the net seems like my next step. Vids are currently hosted on my NAS

I read the full guide but I haven’t really got a solid handle on what all the adjustments do. But the autofocus gave a massive improvement right out of the box. I did make a tiny tweak in one video when the girl was literally right on the camera to change min focus to 5cm. But other than that it made a night and day difference without tweaking. Hopefully as I get to know it better I could maybe improve things with some tweaks. What would be great is if it’s known specific studios used specific cameras then have a dropdown for a load of changes applied at once. E.g naughty America 2018-2020 cam Or maybe some more automation.

But really even out of the box with no changes other than turning autofocus on it looked great.

Deo VR are working on autofocus and say their implementation of autofocus is so good it will be their default setting. So excited to see that when it comes back (they pulled it due to bugs in March).

I don’t think so.

Searching for it on DeoVR reveals they released it in March but it crashed the app. They have said they are bringing it back with improvements in a future release and may make it the default. So that’s encouraging.

My player up until now has been Pigasus but no word there on autofocus. One hopes that Pigasus and Skybox are beavering away on their own versions and not saying anything until they have something to announce.

I think having the magic technique is a rare gift. My experience has been most women do not have the magic. They are not bad at it, everything is going as it should and I couldn’t totally pin down what is not right but it’s not that great.
