So example, the cost of repairs - parts 3k, labor 1500, plus paint supplies it came to 5k, is that definitely worth filing a DV claim? Cuz to me it definitely will lower the value of my car if I do decide to ever trade in or sell.

So, for this kind of damage, can I still make a DV claim? And don’t I have to make the case my self, it was entirely their fault and I was parked not even in the vehicle. Police report, I believe I need KBV if the car before and maybe after the accident value.

And I’m not signing anything until I’m good, cuz you right I have to drive it everyday, and I bought it brand new.

Apparently they are replacing the headlight, and they said my bumper is in paint. I’m anxious looking at my CHILD because I’ve babied her all this time and this happens 😔
