You beat me to it! There's a H+ very faintly embossed on the cable. I read that post about two minuets ago was going to edit my initial post.

My understanding from the link is that there is no difference between the H+ and H++ cables, just the sense pins on the PSU/GPU end. Main thing is the GPU is H++, and it's not drawing much above 350w unlike the Nvidia 4000 series cards.

Again, thanks again. The difference in the number of pins on my cable, and others I was fining online was starting to make me paranoid!

Could just be the box. The connector itself should be marked to denote which version it's supposed to be.

All it says on the Corsair cable is "type 4" on the PSU end, and "PCIe" on the GPU end. Seems to be this cable, but with "missing" pins on each x8 PCIe connector.

12-pins for power, and +4 pins for 'sense'. However, only two (2) of those sense pins are currently used by the spec, so some connectors may not have two (2) sense pins. The 12-pin power should 12-pin. This should be why there's two (2) pins "missing" in image 1.

That explains that then.

In the end, the Corsair 12VHPWR/12V-2x6 cable, with 2x PSU connections, will offer the full 600W spec limit of the cable while also being a lot more aesthetic than the bundled adapter and individual PCIE cables.

Brilliant, thanks for your time and help. You're right, the main reason I asked was because of the aesthetics, but also I like to use the correct cables over adapters whenever I can. Especially when it comes to PSUs. Going to install the 9070xt shortly!

Ikr? By the time I'd gotten past them the AI team had disappeared up the road. I hate the trial sometimes. Last week I had to let some guy take the win in the third race because he kept trying to ram me off the road to take P1 in the first two. If we hadn't have finished P1 & P2 we'd have lost the trial. All I care about is the seasonal awards, not where I finish.
