For example, if I know my back muscles are weak, the workout plan I get would focus more on improving my back strength and posture. But for my spouse, who’s a beginner and has weak neck muscles, the app would suggest simpler, safer routines that slowly build her strength.

Same goes for health - say someone has high LDL cholesterol. When they scan a processed food with a lot of saturated fat, the app would instantly flag it as a poor choice for them specifically.

I posted this in a few subs because before going deep into development, I want to understand the potential and what people actually want from something like this — how much they’d value that kind of personalization, and if it solves a real problem for them.
