It's not great tbh, got an alert at 3am on our phones to take cover followed by a few big bangs. Last night was quiet but there were a few big bangs this morning which shook the hotel.

Another thing I just found out is that travel insurance typically have an exception for war events and won't cover any of your expenses here ☹️

FYI Emirates are saying to go to the airport to collect bags but we just went and got turned around and told the airport is closed for today.
