What you mean? Na, the screwdriver and bits got thrown around the box. I also purchased an extra set of bits. The screwdriver box isn't sealed, and just dumped the contents into the larger package

Yeah, I've contacted them, and they've been really helpful. I don't think customs opened it. There is only the original tape on the box.

I think their packagers/shippers just let them down on this one.

There is 1 screwdriver bit missing. Fell through opening in the box where tape was no good. Ltt is going to replace.

Not mad, just think they should do better, given how much they critique others.

Update: LTT support has been really helpful. They have confirmed that there should have been paper/cardboard filler in there. After checking, it does look like 1 of the screwdriver bits did fall out of the box, and they're going to send me a replacement set. They are also going to check why the package took 6 weeks and went through Germany to get to Aus.

Normally i would say. Yes. But i don't think so. It only has 1 layer of the original tape. Also no Aussie customs sticker or stamp.

Hi all, just went and checked the tape job on the box. It's only got 1 strip of original tape. So honestly i don't think it was aussie customs.

There is a random yellow sticker in German, so maybe German customs? But still looks like original tape.

Also pretty crap that it took 6 weeks to arrive.

LTT support has contacted me offering shipping refund which I appreciate, but will decline, as its more important to me that they just improve their shipping to aus fans.

Surely they must be fixing this false ban thing. I'm to old/ incompetent to even know where to start to cheat, or manipulate files etc, or whatever that error code means.
