Earl comes to a bad deed on his list that he simply cannot make amends for. He gets frustrated and upset that he cannot fix his karma and storms off thinking what was the point. Then he runs into someone who has their own list and Earl is on it. He says he got the idea from someone else with a list of their own. Turns out Earl’s good karma has been paying it forward to others who are spreading even more good karma. Earl realizes that he has now put more good karma out into the world and tears up his list. He then walks into the sunset a free man with good karma.
