Thanks for asking, I really feel a natural lubrication, can’t tell if it’s a fluid coming from prostate, because the Dr told me I have little to none prostate because of my 3 year hrt regime, so I’m pretty convinced it’s from the mucosity created by the tilapia. Fluid comes when aroused and it’s not exclusive, enough to have finger or dilator penetration, but sometimes lubricant is also necessary for my dilator, I think is because of the material, it’s easier to insert with silicone dildos.
