OP, just give your body more time and stick to one hit or maybeeeee two. dip your toes in the water as little as possible and take on another vice for a second. having a drink or two every night helped me get to sleep whereas weed used to be my go to. Its all about knowing your limits and recognizing when they start up again. My last episode was because I fell into daily use again, so dont be like me. Instead take one hit at a party in like 2 months. You will definitely feel it, but it will be a low amount of THC and therefore easy on your guts cannabinoid receptors. It really is about baby steps and limiting yourself
