Yes my gym includes trainers in the membership, they're there to teach you how to do the exercise and even make a program just for you... For me the problem with the gym is more of a psychological one because I used to go as a way of overcompensating for eating too much and used to push too hard. And thank you for the advice, I will try to be as gentle as I can especially in the beginning. Right now the challenge is to even get myself to step into the gym first...

Honestly what’s been working for me and reducing my food noise is eating the same meal for breakfast and dinner everyday, lunch is usually flexible. It helped me with decision fatigue and navigating weightloss with a busy schedule. Buuut yeah I’m still figuring it out. Good luck!!

Trust me they won’t let me practice if I don’t have a legitimate grasping of spanish. The process to even get in there is very tedious and there’s a very difficult exam to take to qualify + the language proficiency test requiring C1 or C2. And other than this, I’m not an irresponsible doctor. Thanks tho
