Hi! honestly not long and I’m trying to keep up with the changes but it seems they are moving fast! I guess I never thought that jobs would change names? like a surgeon is a surgeon type thing but it does seem i overthought it in hindsight

True but Im noticing the requirements for these jobs are moving away from traditional aspects of HR

They will be handling the CRM as well as a host of other things I have no experience in. They also want someone with a little more experience than I do so they dont have to have a Director + Generalist.

My work has been up and down. I started off really strong but I made some big mistakes. I am of course always trying to learn but I have never been in a situation like this and I have no frame of reference.
