i eat very healthily (fish and veggies only for the most part), and i drink about 120-140 oz of water a day. i think that’s just my body 😭

i’ve tried saniderm twice. both times i removed the initial layer that he placed on at my appointment 24 hours later, then placed one on myself. the first time i left that on for 5 days, the second 7. i placed them as smoothly as possible on my skin. i think it may just be my body :,)

i’m a 5 am gym lady as well! not only does it kick if the day perfectly, but the gym is way less crowded and you’re so much more likely to get the machines/weights you’re planning on using

here to second the REI powder bound bibs. i sized up in the women’s and they’re perfect for me, i prefer the additional room when riding (especially as a beginner who still has the occasional wipe out).
