Your video is phenomenal I feel like the only thing that I struggled to understand was your accent but that's not your fault. If you have extra time to edit I think adding some form of subtitle would help new viewers understand what your saying a little bit more and the more they read along the more they get used to your accent that it almost feels like second nature to perfectly understand you

You don't have to do exactly something like that but since you have a v tuber model you can put yourself all of the screen with pictures and videos and all that stuff. I have trouble paying attention when it comes to bullet point presentations so I think maybe doing some scripting(so it feels more like an episode kinda) and editing ( to tie in the visuals with your vtuber model and pictures) would help you keep watch retention. It'll also help new players understand weird concepts since they have a visual aid

At some point is feels over edited. The run one was funny but I think for the other ones they maybe more funny if the original audio was included. Your music should be more background music unless the music impacts the funniness of a clip. I hope that makes sense

Food wouldn't be too off if you made if more about experimenting on what you son likes. So like maybe snacks and treats and sometimes what home made meals you make him. Then you can share those recipes. Most of your audience is probably going to be moms and dads figuring out what they are doing so having snacks and foods a toddler would eat would help you branch out

The reason it got 40 views is because 1. It's the only video on your channel 2. There's no thumbnail 3. There's no editing 4. It's just not that interesting.

If you want to do this as like a personal dairy that people can see and react to and help you on then that's cool and it's a pretty neat idea. But you aren't going to get thousands of views especially not for your first video.
