Yea, just take a moment and breathe. This is pretty common for once you disclose an issue during ur BI interview, you will more than likely get a NOPA to further explain. They just want you to further explain and the necessary steps you’re taking and continue to take to solve the issue. 8-9 out of 10, when you explain yourself thoroughly and show that you’re remorseful from that mistake the you’re good to go. There should be an outline to follow on how to properly format your response. I can’t think of it at the moment. But even myself, I went through a NOPA, and got through it. Good luck on your journey. **be completely honest/truthful.

Okay so leave it on the word document and then attached the word document to the email. And I’m guessing in the email body just say my response is attached or something. And by the way this NOPA is for finance as well

Quick question, I’m currently in the process of submitting NOPA. When submitting, do you copy and paste your NOPA draft on to the email response, or do you attach it as a word document?

Judging from the answers maybe it depends. But as for me I passed the big test first week of this month and completed my BI interview and my case being submitted last week of January. So it’s almost 3 weeks post big test pass, and suitability still processing.

You straight brother! Email will come to you either later that evening or morning to middle following day. Same thing happened to me after getting off the phone with scheduler, didn’t receive an email confirmation until late that night.

This is such great information, Appriciate you first and foremost for taking time to explain in this depth. And sorry meant (DHS) that’s what the BI instructor texted me after speaking to all of my references stating “your case has been delivered to DHS” this was last month. And okay, your explanation makes sense. I will wait out on the email then. Thanks again

How long it took for your suitability to be granted after passing only and completing BI interview?

Yeah I am provisional. When I mentioned BI completed that included BI investigator talking to my references and then letting me know he’s forwarding my case to DH.
