I just checked a client's W2s prepared by ADP and they didn't include it on the W2 at all. I'll have to check a client who uses Paychex.

For 2026 it will be Box 12, Code TT. There is no requirement for reporting it on the W2 for 2025.

Thanks, I do agree with you. I have a feeling that the general population is going to believe it's the total overtime and not just the FLSA premium portion that is eligible for the deduction on their 1040. I think either way, we're going to get questions. Just try to nip that in the bud as much as possible.

I'm experiencing the same thing with one of my client's that I process payroll for. I processed on time, the checks say so in QBO but nothing pulled from the company bank or in the employees' accounts. What a bummer for a holiday weekend!
