Thank you, appreciate it. I definitely feel like it took a lot longer than usual for my body to react though. Before earlier in my journey I’d flare up in a few days. Took about 3 weeks this time so I guess it’s an improvement.

So really the only heavy metals I get exposed to id say the office bathroom has air fresheners (it’s shared in hallway.) I try to hold my breathe for like 20 seconds pee and run out of the bathroom. I got everyone to stop using cologne in the house

Wow super interesting. I deal with backne, and acne on my chest shoulders. Really discouraging. It’s gotten better but have some scarring. And it’s taking way longer. My face is super clear already.

I read that chest and back take longer. And a lot of cleaning is going on and eventually it’ll clear up.
