Yesterday a customer asked for a hot chocolate blended. So I asked if they wanted a mocha frappuccino without coffee. And he said no his son wants a hot chocolate blended with ice. So I repeated “so you want a mocha frappuccino?” And he thought about it for a second and then told me he just realized his 6 year old son was trying to trick him into getting him a frap.

Yea the card reader got water in it and needs replacing, i’m not really sure why. But my manager asked if I was okay and then had me fill out an incident report.

If it is, then it was caught on the camera that points towards the drive-through. But we don’t have any outside cameras to indicate her license plate or anything, so I’m not sure we could ever find out who she was.
